Echo Tourism Development & Consulting is a UK-registered company built on authentic travel across Egypt and the Arab world. Founded by Heba Elsayed and Fatema Ghareb, Echo brings over 12 years of experience in travel, culture, and responsible tourism. What started as a passion for storytelling and local connections has grown into a movement that blends consulting for tourism projects, authentic journeys, cultural tools, and medical travel. Founder | Strategist & Storyteller

Heba is a consultant working across the GCC, Egypt, and international markets.The Architect who shaped Echo 2.0 vision with +12 years of experience in tourism, development and cultural education, Heba shapes Echo’s vision through meaningful travel, strong narratives, and deep human connection. Her work bridges strategy with storytelling, ensuring every Echo project is rooted in place, people, and purpose.

Fatema Ghareb

Co-Founder | Strategy & Marketing

Fatema has shaped Echo 2.0 vision and broad experience across
communications, branding, and project support. With a multidisciplinary background and international exposure across Egypt, the Gulf, and the UK, she contributes to Echo’s work through strategic thinking, coordination, and clear, audience-focused communication across diverse projects.

Chief Strategic Advisor & Consultant

Sandrine is an academic leader and political science expert with a PhD from Sciences Po Paris and a master’s in international relations from Panthéon-Sorbonne. With more than 25 years of professional experience. She brings deep expertise in cultural heritage, Middle East studies, and international education, advising Echo on strategy, research, and cross-cultural projects with a strong focus on responsible
tourism and international collaboration.
